As Dex and Mia begins the process of closing down, our returns and refunds policy has been adjusted to reflect our final clearance period. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the store closing and all products being heavily discounted, we are no longer able to accept change-of-mind returns. All sales during the closing-down period are final.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Of course, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will still take responsibility and make it right.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at info@dexandmia.com.au with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the concern and provide next steps.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties still apply where relevant.
Repairs or warranty claims may be handled directly through the manufacturer depending on the product type. Warranty begins from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any postage costs involved in returning items for warranty assessment unless the manufacturer states otherwise.
Refunds for Faulty Items
If a refund is approved for a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take several business days to complete the transfer.
